The main stages of the history

1. 7th century - 14th century. Do not shaky or rolls. Constant wars with the barbarians, palace coups, civil wars, epidemics, and so on.

2. 14th century - beginning of the 18th century. The opening of the Channel of Three Emperors, which becomes the most navigable in history. Rhome receives from the channel huge dividends. The Rhomans founded the colony in India and East Asia, colonize Australia. The Rhoman Empire is the first among equals

3. 1740-1888. Great Roman Bourgeois Revolution. “Napoleon” appears in Constantinople and creates the Rhoman Hegemony. He conquers almost the whole world. The Rhoman State holds 2/3 of the Earth and 90% of humanity in 1755

4. 1888 - Great Roman counterrevolution. Roman Hegemony burned in the Civil War. The world takes its present appearance in 1900.

7. We must destroy all uncivilized peoples (early interpretation) We must force Romanize all uncivilized peoples (interpretation of the Hegemony era) We should Romanize all uncivilized nations through diplomacy, education and economy. (Modern interpretation)

8. The civilized person must know well and obey the laws, must be responsible, honest, rational, tolerant, moderately altruistic.

Basileus Domain - the homeland of the Greco-Romans. The richest region of the planet. Basileus has powers only here.

Politeia - autonomy (as the American states)

Self-governing city - the largest commercial and industrial centers of the empire.

Diocese - province. The population should be tested for civility to obtain the politeia status.

Theme - internal frontier. Military administration only. Aborigines forcibly assimilated.

Exarchate - ordinary colony.

French Empire - second economy. The closest friend of Rhome. Parliamentary monarchy. Ideology - civilizm without messianism.

Indian Caliphate - third economy. Totalitarian theocratic dictatorship. Ideology - a modernized Islam (science and technology is the gift of Allah). Playing role of the main bad guy.

Empire of Greenland - fourth economy. A former colony of Denmark. Parliamentary monarchy. Ideology - liberalism. When Rhome conquered Denmark (~1750), King moved to Greenland. Homeland returned to the Empire after the fall of the Rhoman Hegemony(~1890).

Federal Republic of Irish Nation - fifth economy. Parliamentary republic. Soft Federation. Ideology - Celtic national-civilizm.

Dicaist Kingdom of German - sixth economy. Parliamentary monarchy. The leader of the Dicasit Council.
